A Promise

It has been tough times for my ex-office mate who now migrated in the US. But in moments like this, she is strong enough to handle such problems. She has a strong faith in the Lord and believes all things will work our for good.

Her eldest son got hooked with drug-addiction. Being a full-time money making mom, it leaves her lesser time to spend with her 3 children. She has been confiding with me for how many months and cried that she cannot control her son anymore. There were even times that she questioned if migrating to the US was really the right thing for their family. But again, the Lord's faithfulness is manifested in ways He has arranged as for her. I can see she is so relieved as if a thorn is taken away from her. The center brings a Promise of self renewal and new life for her son, a promise I know, that will bring positive outcome for her family.
