Rant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know if you've ever felt like that. That you wanted to sleep for a thousand years. Or just not exist. Or just not be aware that you do exist. Or something like that. I think wanting that is very morbid, but I want it when I get like this. That's why i'm trying not to think. I just want it all to stop spinning.... Huh!!!

CHRISTIAN WAYS TO REDUCE STRESS

For a few good months now, I have dealt with a lot of stress (emotional, material, work-related, family) in my life that is pushing me so down and making me having an unfit healh situation. There is a time of my life that I got sick and thrown out because of being so stressed. I am sick and tired of this. I feel that my strenght is waning and all of my anxieties are filing. My work gets so burdensome. Day after day , i have to sit the whole 8-9 hours in front of the PC and using my brains that  really get overloaded most of the time. At home, I get to see the bills on the fridge-door , grrr, I have a lot of those to pay. Moreso, my heart is on the brink of falling down and afraid of not being able to rise again. I have never been so down in my life. There are certain moments that I want to pray so hard, yet I am being swallowed by these deep yoke which leads me to be speechless, tears just searing down my face. I really think the boat is sinking.. hay..

I am certain that It's not only me who is battling the same tiredness and burdens. How do we deal with stress then. I have read some portions here that I wanted to share. I started to realize that stress and anxiety is something we could do a way out, if we only know the way.

An Angel says, 'Never borrow from the future. If you worry about what may happen tomorrow and it doesn't happen, you have worried in vain. Even if it does happen, you have to worry twice.'

Here are the Christian Ways to Reduce stress

1. Pray

2. Go to bed on time.

3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed.

4. Say No to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, or that will compromise your mental health.

5. Delegate tasks to capable others.

6. Simplify and unclutter your life.

7. Less is more. (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.)

8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places.

9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects over time; don't lump the hard things all together.

10. Take one day at a time.

11. Separate worries from concerns . If a situation is a concern, find out what God would have you do and let go of the anxiety . If you can't do anything about a situation, forget it.

12. Live within your budget; don't use credit cards for ordinary purchases.

3. Have backups; an extra car key in your wallet, an extra house key buried in the garden, extra stamps, etc.

14. K.M.S. (Keep Mouth Shut). This single piece of advice can prevent an enormous amount of trouble.

15. Do something for the Kid in You everyday.

16. Carry a Bible with you to read while waiting in line.

17. Get enough rest.

18. Eat right.

19 Get organized so everything has its place.

20. Listen to a tape while driving that can help improve your quality of life.

21. Write down thoughts and inspirations.

22. Every day, find time to be alone.

23. Having problems? Talk to God on the spot. Try to nip small problems in the bud. Don't wait until it's time to go to bed to try and pray.

24. Make friends with Godly people.

25. Keep a folder of favorite scriptures on hand.

26. Remember that the shortest bridge between despair and hope is often a good 'Thank you Jesus.'

27. Laugh.

28. Laugh some more!

29. Take your work seriously, but not yourself at all.

30. Develop a forgiving attitude (most people are doing the best they can).

31. Be kind to unkind people (they probably need it the most).

32. Sit on your ego.

33 Talk less; listen more.

34. Slow down.

35. Remind yourself that you are not the general manager of the universe.

36 . Every night before bed, think of one thing you're grateful for that you've never been grateful for before. GOD HAS A WAY OF TURNING THINGS AROUND FOR YOU.

'If God is for us, who can be against us?'
(Romans 8:31)

How to Dance In the Rain

Hi everyone.. How are you today?.. Another Monday and another week of struggle and fighting over emotions and obstacle to a peaceful existence.

As I was browsing my dozens of mails (ganyan talaga pag Monday, tons of things to check on the mailbox..grrr).. I came accross to this very touching one, it strike me straight to the heart. With all the jokes and fun that are camping over my inbox, sometimes there is One that comes along that has an important message.

This One I thought I could share with You...

It was a busy morning, about 8:30, when an elderly gentleman in his
80's, arrived to have stitches removed from his thumb.

He said he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9:00 am.

The doctor took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be Over
an hour before someone would be able to see her.

The doctor saw him looking at his watch, and decided, since she was not busy with
another patient, Shewould evaluate his wound. On exam, it was well
healed, so she talked to one of the doctors, got the needed supplies to
remove his sutures and redress his wound.

While taking care of his wound, Doc asked him if he had another Doctors'
appointment this morning, as he was in such a hurry.

The gentleman answered "no", that he needed to go to the nursing home to
eat breakfast with his wife.
The doc inquired as to her health; he told her that she had been there for a
while and that she was a victim of Alzheimer's Disease.

As they talked, the doctor asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late.

He replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had not
recognized him in five years now.

The doc was surprised, and asked him, 'And you still go every morning, even
though she doesn't know who you are'?
He smiled as he patted her hand and said, 'She doesn't know me, but I
still know who she is'.

I had to hold back tears reading that ; I had goose bumps on my arm, and thought, 'That is the kind of love I want in my life'. A love that knows no end, no barrier and never changing till the tests of times. True love is neither physical, nor romantic. True love is an Acceptance of all that is, has been, will be, and will not be. If no one could give that to me then at least I could love like that. Loving without expecting for return..Loving without question.

I never have the best of everything now, but thinking of this old man makes me strong. The happiest people don't necessarily have the best of everything; They just make the best of everything they have.

Well, i guess 'Life isn't about how to survive the storm, But how to dance in the rain.'

RULE IN HEAVEN: DONT STEP ON THE DUCKS!!

A little chuckle to begin/end your day!

Three women die together in an accident and
go to heaven.

When they get there, St. Peter says, 'We! only have
one rule here in heaven: don't step on the ducks!'

So they enter heaven, and sure enough, there are
ducks all over the place. It is almost impossible not to
step on a duck, and although they try their best to
avoid them, the first woman accidentally steps on one.

Along comes St. Peter with the ugliest man she ever saw.

St. Peter chains them together and says, 'Your
punishment for stepping on a duck is to spend
eternity chained to this ugly man!'

The next day, the second woman accidentally steps
on a duck and along comes St. Peter, who doesn't
miss a thing. With him is another extremely ugly man.
He chains them together with the same admonishment
as for the first woman.

The third woman has observed all this and, not
wanting to be chained for all eternity to an ugly man,
is very, VERY careful where she steps.

She manages to go months without stepping on
any ducks, but one day St. Peter comes up to her
with the most handsome man she has ever laid eyes
on ... very tall, long eyelashes, muscular, and thin.

St. Peter chains them together without saying a word.

The happy woman says, 'I wonder what I did to
deserve being chained to you for all of eternity?'

The guy says, 'I don't know about you, but I stepped
on a duck!'

Some Things are just not Meant for You

I am at my wits end today. Headache, blurry vision, and most of all pain in the heart. Aah!! Too much to take...

This saying, "SOME THINGS ARE JUST NOT MEANT TO BE" .... I hate this, i hate this for a particular reason , cause this is some line that i find to be very true.. huh..

In so many cases, this particular quote happens to our very Life.. What a life!!! Hey, would you agree with me that when we utter this line, " Huh!! It's really not for me", there's always a deep meaning beyond the letters. Isn't it? " And it always brings pain in the heart". It would always implicate that how much we wanted it, yet that desire did not materialize, or in other words, " Wish/ dreams/ desires NOT GRANTED" (".) (sad Face). There are times that we were given a chance to taste that desire yet only for once in your lifetime and you would be left hanging, wanting and dreaming for that chance to happen again. In these times, fate would be too unfair that no matter how you insist, nothing, no one would just seem to listen to the yell of your heart.. And you would end up harboring ill emotions , heavy burden at your grieving dear heart , cause here we go again " Some things are just not meant for you"
" What a Pitiful Heart".
Kasing-kasing Nga Dugoan
(Bleeding heart)
Though how much you insist, it really cannot be.. (imagine!!???)

Hahay, (sigh)
I guess there's nothing else we can do here.. Except to the fact that we'll just have to learn to accept that TRUTH. Yes, I know it's gonna be a tough step and would not simply be easy. However, This existence is controlled by SOMEONE, who KNOWS far beyond than Anyone, with what is best for us. In moments our desires might not be granted and we are bleeding , bleeding love and dying inside, but in the future something or someone further or best than that would come knocking along. ..

Crazy feeling

Couldn't Sleep Last Night
Too Busy Thinking About You
Can't Get You Out Of My Head
But What Am I Supposed To Do

Every Night While I Sleep
I Dream About Me And You
For Us To Finally Be Together
Would Be A Dream Come True

I Can't Seem To Do Anything
Without You In My Head
Every Night I Sit And Think
About You As I Lie Awake In Bed

At the time I was Around You
You Took My Breath Away
I Wish That I Could Be With You
Every Minute Of Every Day

When I'm With You I Start To Shake
I Can't Think Of What To Say
My Heart Starts Beating Really Fast
And All My Fears Simply Melt Away

As I Stared Into Your Eyes
I Seemed To Get Lost
I Would Give Anything To Be With You
No Matter What The Cost

I Think Im Going Crazy
I Just Don't Know What To Do
My Heart Controls My Mind
I've Fallen In Love With You

Dreams.. bunch of those lately..

Too many nights, I suddenly wake up feeling so scared, sometimes heart beating frantically cause I've been chased by someone who wanted to kill me or I saw some scary figure out of nowhere. There are times also, i woke up feeling light and feeling warm cause i dreamt of someone so near to me. And there are nights I woke up suddenly with tears cause I saw Papa in our old house so lonely and missing us so much.

DREAMS., DREAMS, have you ever considered what the heck are dreams and why do you dream? Many people believe dreams are simply a bunch of garbled thoughts strung together that don’t mean anything in particular. Some say, these are warnings and signs of what's gonna happen. Some also say, when you dream of someone, it means He is thinking of you.. Wow!! As If!! I wanna believe.. haha..

After a careful consideration and searching for the real meaning of dreams, I arrive to the thought that Your dreams are a true reflection of yourself at that particular point in your life. They encompass all of your thoughts, your emotions, your beliefs, and all of your desires. Think of your dreams as snapshots of what you are in the process of attracting or creating in your life at that time. Suppose that most of your waking thoughts are of worry, fear, frustration or beating yourself up over something you said or did, and so on. This is negative emotion that will naturally be reflected in your dreams. I remember my Psychology prof mentioned before when I was in college that if you dream of something it wouldn't literally mean that it will happen to you, but the feelings associated to it , are the same feelings you are experiencing when you are in the state of being awake. And I have read also that when you constantly dream of a person whom you know or been with , it doesnt necessarily mean that he is thinking of you, but that dream might mean you miss the feeling or the emotion associated with that person..

But How about the Dreams fo Joseph? The Dreams of Moses, Abraham and all the people in the New and Old Testament that the Lord  or the angels appeared to them in dreams? Would you still say those are reflections of the self? These would mean then that some dreams are not only fruit of the different emotions but are messages sent that deals with the soul and spirit. Remember we are created with a human spirit and that makes a UNIQUE BEING. Whatever may these dreams are, it is a need for us to search for the messages left and make those creative inspiration and self-awareness. Afterall, we are human and the human soul is a mystery that is so deep to fathom..

Love beyond this life...

Path to heavenPath to heaven

I have just finished watching " Rated K", and I am now again in my teary mellow-dramatic moments.. Huhuhu.. My little girl was puzzled and asked me, " mama why are you crying?" "Oh baby, it's just the sad story on the tv", was my answer..

I was so touched of the story of a love that is beyond words, a love that surpasses even death. It is so amazing that there is someone who could love like that. A man who writes to her wife "araw-araw, gabi-gabi" (every morning and every night), who is now in HEAVEN. Her wife passed away last May 2007 and since then he has been sending email to her in heaven. His wife died because of kidney complication. As he said, " maybe there is an internet in Heaven" , " This is my way of telling her my love and what happen to us and our children without her". So sweet and touching of him to love a woman like that, that even she in the other life is still loved faithfully and so dearly.

I cant really hold my tears seeing the pictures of their last togetherness in Manila Bay. He brought her then to Manila Bay with their three children and watched the sun finally set. His wife asked him for the last time to see the wonderful sunset, and that was her way of saying goodbye. t was the most heart-touching togetherness I have ever seen. Few days from that, she finally rested. And from that time on, his wife still lives in his heart. He is still confiding to her about their children and how are they faring day by day with her so far, in a world that is beyond this life thru the emails to her.

Huh!! The world of technology  and internet really is expanding, even the Heaven is been tried to reach. Sending message to the love ones who are now resting there. However, for me even though these technologies will reach to the innermost part of the universe, without the foundation of strong LOVE, a man could not be like him. ONLY A PURE AND SINGLE HEART LIKE THAT, WOULD LOVE EVEN BEYOND THIS LIFE..
STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN

BAR CODES of the "Black Hearted goods"

The whole world is scared of China made 'black hearted goods'. I mean it's all in the News. We dont want to compromise our health for cheap market products which could damage one of our organs. How we need to stay away from this kind of porducts. The problem is, Can you
differentiate which one is made in the USA , Philippines , Taiwan or
China ?

Let me tell you how... the first 3 digits of the barcode is the country
code wherein the product was made.

Sample all barcodes that start with 690.691.692 until 695 are all MADE
IN CHINA. 471 is Made in Taiwan

This is our human right to know, but the government and related
department never educate the public, therefore we have to RESCUE
ourselves.

Nowadays, Chinese businessmen know that consumers do not prefer products
'made in china', so they don't show from which country it is made.

However, you may now refer to the barcode, remember if the first 3
digits is 690-695 then it is Made in China .

00 ~ 13 USA & CANADA
30 ~ 37 FRANCE
40 ~ 44 GERMANY
49 ~ JAPAN
50 ~ UK
57 ~ Denmark
64 ~ Finland
76 ~ Switzerland and Lienchtenstein
628 ~ Saudi-Arabien
629 ~ United Arab Emirates
740 ~ 745 - Central Ameri
ca

All 480 Codes are Made in the Philippines.

Be aware, Family safety first more than anything else.

STORY TIME

hey, hey, my eyes are closing.. This is the time of the day that I am so sleepy..
So , I guess it's time for playing pretend.. pretend you're a kiddo listening to mom's story...=)

and here goes my story...

Once upon a time there lived a king.
The king had a beautiful daughter, the PRINCESS.

But there was a problem. Everything the princess touched would melt.

No matter what;

Metal,

Wood,

Stone,

Anything she touched would melt.

Because of this, men were afraid of her. Nobody would dare marry her.

The king despaired. What could he do to help his daughter?

He consulted his wizards and magicians. One wizard told the king, "If your daughter touches one thing that does not melt in her hands, she will be cured."

The king was overjoyed and came up with a plan next day, he held a competition. Any man that could bring his daughter an object that would not melt would marry her and inherit the king's wealth.

THREE YOUNG PRINCES TOOK UP THE CHALLENGE.

The first brought a sword of the finest steel.

But alas, when the princess touched it, it melted, and t he prince went away sadly
:-(

The second prince brought diamonds.

He thought diamonds are the hardest substance in the world and would not melt. But alas, once the princess touched them, they melted. He too was sent away disappointed.

:-[

The third prince approached.
He told the princess,

"Put your hand in my pocket and feel what is in there."

The princess did as she was told, though she turned red.

She felt something hard. She held it in her hand.

And it did not melt!!!

The king was overjoyed. Everybody in the kingdom was overjoyed. And the third prince married the princess and they both lived happily ever after.

Question: What was in the prince's pants?

(Scroll down for the answer)

M&M's of course.

They melt in your mouth, not in your hand.

What were you thinking??

Hehehee...=)
