Some Pregnancy Discomforts

I don't want to be a complainer as this is not my first pregnancy but being pregnant with a precious baby in your tummy for nine whole months is never easy. From morning sickness to back pains and leg cramps , those are just some of the discomforts most pregnant women suffered.

It's not even morning sickness for me, I can say it's whole day sickness. I always feel so tired and dizzy. Whenever I smell food that is to my disliking, i feel nauseated and vomiting. Oh ,it really feels uncomfortable. Few or more discomforts are really inevitable as our body when pregnant must prepare for the big adjustment in accommodating the growing baby inside you.

When we talk of Pregnancy discomforts it is normally divided into three terms: the first trimester, second and the third trimester. Each of these terms have their own accompanying pains and uneasiness.

First Trimester Discomforts:
Even before your bulging tummy starts to show and before people could notice the growing baby inside you, pregnant mommies would already experience changes. Some of these would be so unpleasant and others are just tolerable. These are some of the discomforts:
•morning sickness
•fatigue
•breast tenderness
•frequent urination or bathroom visits

Best remedies for these are eating small but frequent meals. Don't allow yourself to be very hungry or very full as it will worsen the situation. Juices can help you also settle your stomach.

Second Trimester Discomforts:
Most of the distressing experiences such as nausea and morning sickness would start to disappear during this term. For many pregnant women this term is the most enjoyable. However your body would still continue to change as the baby is continuing to grow. So there are still discomforts that would come along. Some of these would be:
•leg cramps
•back and abdominal pain
•heartburn

In order to lessen or avoid such uneasiness you may try to maintain a regular exercise which are suitable for pregnant women. However, never try a routine without consulting a health professional. Wear low-heeled shoes , ask your partner for a nightly back rub and avoid spicy and acidic foods.

Third Trimester Discomforts:
Finally the third trimester where the baby is fully grown making it ready to see the first daylight, is the most distressing term. During this term your uterus will expand more than you thought it could. There would be a lot of pressure in your bladder and rectum. Moreover there would be pressure in your lungs making it difficult for you to breath. Some of the discomforts would include the following:
• feet and ankles swelling
•appearing of varicose veins
•loose hips
•Braxton-Hicks contraction which are tightening of the uterus
•Disrupted sleep

So you see being pregnant is not easy after all. You will have to undergo to almost all of these unwelcome changes. However, the uneasiness is worth it all. After nine months of discomforts you got to hear the firstborn baby cry which would erase all the pains.

Got My PR2 back

I admit I got a little lazy these past few days to my Korean drama addiction. I am terribly sorry for not giving you fresh updates straight from the heart. Oh but now, I'm here again and I am overjoyed by what I have known. Thanks to my lovely cousin Phebie, she mentioned to me that my PR is back to it's original rank. Yeah, OH Blessed ME!!! I got my PR2 back. Alright, it's not that very amazing rank, but it's certainly better than PR0 and PR1.

Feeding My Boys Over Flower Addiction

Just like the Meteor Garden Before, I again fall in love with Boys Over Flower. It got me addicted for how many days that what I did at home and at free time in the office is just watch the Korean drama by heart. I love the casts. They just fit perfectly to their characters. I was impressed on how they carried their role. Moreover, I'm in love with Go Joon Pyo. LOLZ!! He seems like a magnet to me that wont let my eyes go away. Have read the poem before this post? Ha ha that was personally written for him.

I just wanna thank Mysoju.com for ultimately feeding my Boys Before Flowers addiction. I have finished all 25 episodes in a short while. But honestly, I am not over it yet. I keep on repeating favorite episodes like episode 12 and episode 23-25. The lines of Joon Pyo and Jan Di are so heart warming and kilig to the bones. Not to mention the overwhelming love and devotion of Yoon Ji Hoo to Jandi till the last episode. Hu hu.. He is cute too and his character is so sweet but nothing beats the killer smile of Joon Pyo. Ha ha.

Being pregnant is not easy. It is so tiring. My body is heavy and my eyes always want to close. It made me so lazy, even to open my pc and get myself online. Sigh... Hello everyone, thank you for the frequent visits. I will make it up to you, I promise.

So what occupied me these days? Huh, I still have that pretty normal busy life: career, family and media. Ha ha. These were what happened last few days past:

1. May 15, 09, Friday. I rushed hubby to the hospital as he had a sudden jolt of intense pain over his lower right abdomen. I was afraid that it would be something to do with his appendix. But thanks God, it was not that. After all the test been done, he was diagnosed to have a kidney stone. He was given medicine to let the stone pass. Thanks the Lord and he felt better now.

2. May 17, 09, Sunday. I get hooked with Boys Over Flower. F4!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love you Gu Jun Pyo. (Lee Min Ho)ha ha. I love His smile and his stubborn yummy face. Sigh, that Jandi is really lucky to have the two F4 men chasing and fighting for her love. I've watch series 1-11 so far. I didn't want to stop but it was already almost 2am. I still have to work so I just would continue watching it tonight.

I was drawn by how Jun Pyo portrayed his character there. The way he displayed his jealousy over Ji Hoo was really so dramatic. A lonely rich-heir to the Shinwa companies is in love with a lowly commoner laundry girl.





So much for that. By the way, I found some cute stuffs over the weekend while I was browsing to look for a perfect mom agenda planner as my mama needs one. I found it at Posylane and thought that I have a good buy with what I've got. What I have found aside from the planner were a monogrammed key fobs [see pic here]and some monogrammed koozies (my wrapped cloth is Baby Gate) [see pic here] wrapped by a pretty cloth with personalized monogrammed letter S. The photo above are just some of my Happy Moments for everytime I am with my kids , it is always a Happy Moment for me. My kids are a never ending song in my heart of comfort, happiness, and being. I may sometimes forget the words but I always remember the tune.

Grown don't mean nothing to a mother. A child is a child. They get bigger, older, but grown? What's that suppose to mean? In my heart it don't mean a thing. My children will always remain my kids, my happiness as I am to my mother.

It's A BOY!!!

It's a BOY!!!

New addition of our family is coming. We are so excited especially ate Bebay. She already has a name for the baby, it's "BABY JEP". Actually even at the time of conception Bebay knew what she would call her baby brother "daw".

I calculated the gender of my baby through gender predictor and got a result that my baby is a boy. Oh that's great. I love three boys and a girl as my kids. However, I don't know how true is that. No one knows as the gender of a baby entirely depends upon the Lord's will. However, whatever is it, equally it is still a great blessing from the Lord. He/She will be surrounded by love as baby grows into mama's womb till he/she comes out and have a glimpse of the world.
