May is Mother's month, so we're still talking about motherhood here in couple's corner.
Mommy Liz has featured pregnancies this week, so we will be talking about our exciting pregnancy (s) in the past when we have our lovely children developing in our womb.
I had four pregnancies in all. Each of my pregnancy was a new exciting experience from the first one to the last one. My eldest was only conceived within my womb for seven months and was taken from my womb via c-section due to my severe pre eclampsia case. The second and third child were delivered via normal vaginal birth. I had experienced on them the wails, the pains, and the joy of normal birth.
On my youngest, I had the most unforgettable pregnancy. I remember clearly that we went to Baguio last year on the month of April. During our visit, we went to Tam-awan Village where there is a fertility plant which according to them when you touch it you would become pregnant. Out of fun I touched it and even took picture with it. True to its myth the few weeks after, I remembered taking pregnancy test and it was positive. The fertility plant was effective after all. He he
Me touching the fertility Plant
During my entire pregnancy, I had experienced the
most discomforts that worsen month after month. There was a time when I was on my third trimester that I was told by OB to have bed rest as
I had premature labor. Thanks to the Lord for preparing and arranging the environment for me. I have tasted His faithfulness all throughout. He prepared a great OB-Gynecologists for me whom
I have paid tribute in a blog article for his exceptional care and service to me.
It's not easy being pregnant. Your body will be adjusting to all the changes that will occur from the first to the final term. However, the joy of seeing my baby coming out and hearing their first baby cry replaces all the hardships that I have experienced while they were still in my womb.
Being a mother does not stop. It only stops when you are out of life. Once a child is born, we are full time workers, nurturing, cherishing them till they grow to start their own family. Once they have their own family, our motherhood still continues, loving them without question. This is the only profession that is paid with pure love. Mothers therefore are angels who guards our children with hope, faith, happiness and love without end.
Happy Mother's Day to all Including myself...............

Ay katuwa naman ng fertility plant na yan, super effective pala. Hehehe..I didn't need any plant, kasi ang bilis kong magbuntis, sabi nga ng hubby ko, mahakbangan lang daw ako eh buntis na agad. Every pregnancy is different but as a mother, we can handle even the most painful and the worst discomfort.
You're right, being a mother doesn't stop until we're out of breath. I love your entry. Thanks for joining this week. Hope to see you again.
hope you had a great mother's day! :)
Amazing... God bless you!
